Overview Seeking a full time OR part time therapist ( LCSW, LMSW or LMHC-LP encouraged to apply ) At Waves Psychotherapy we are new thriving group practice looking to expand our work family. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Mental Health Counselors (fully/provisionally) licensed to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have experience and passion for working with children, teens and adults, demonstrate proficiency in evidence-based modalities and be compassionate, reliable and open to feed back. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and social needs. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans. Provide crisis intervention and management services to clients in distress. Demonstrated experience and passion for working with children and teens/adults Implementation of evidence-based modalities Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards.

Full time:

Minimum of 25 clients weekly Part time: Minimum of 15 clients weekly Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work or other relevant counseling field from an accredited institution. Current state licensure as a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW). Current licensed or provisional Mental Health Counselor Experience in crisis intervention within a clinical setting. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations. Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in social work practice.
