Job Duties ; The Child Protective Services (CPS) Case Manager 2 is responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to ensure the safety, permanency, and well-being of children who are victims of abuse and neglect. This role involves conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing case plans, and coordinating with various stakeholders to provide necessary services and support to children and their families. The Case Manager 2 will also engage in regular home visits, monitor the progress of cases, and advocate for the best interests of the children. This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a deep commitment to child welfare and family preservation. MINIMUM CLASS REQUIREMENTS

(including license, if any) Bachelor Degree in human services related studies or in any field of study and employed for at least two years in a human services related occupation. Experience working with children or families in some capacity. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check prior to employment and thereafter. Acceptable "equivalents" is at the sole discretion of the Agency.
