We offer Affordable medical, dental and vision insurance Company paid Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) Generous paid time off (PTO) & paid holidays Retirement plan with company match - up to 6% Company paid life insurance Mileage reimbursement Licensure reimbursement Paid licensure supervision A collaborative and mission driven culture Opportunities for professional growth and development Employee training and continued education opportunities What You'll Do Provides individual, group and/or family therapy Conducts comprehensive assessments, develops treatment plans and implements evidenced-based interventions Maintains accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, including medical, psychiatry and case management Utilizes a trauma-informed person-centered and culturally competent approach to client care Facilitates group therapy utilizing evidence-based curricula Assists clients in crisis by evaluating and providing appropriate interventions Engages family and supportive others in treatment, transition and discharge planning processes Evaluates clients' progress towards goals, utilizes motivational enhancement strategies and determines appropriate interventions/modalities based on the individualized needs of each client Promotes participation in self-help and recovery support groups Maintains strong clinical and ethical boundaries with clients Must be licensed in the State of Ohio - LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC Bachelor or Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling Knowledge of the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual) Knowledge of and experience in diagnostic assessments, cognitive behavioral therapeutic modalities and trauma-informed care Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Office Suite, Outlook and Teams Adept at learning and navigating electronic health record systems Community Health Alliance is a leading provider of behavioral health and human services, delivering high-quality mental health and substance use treatment across a comprehensive continuum of care.
