Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Support Case Manager to join our team. In this vital role, you will manage child support cases in accordance with federal, state and local laws and procedures. You will investigate support/alimony non-payment cases and ensure compliance with court order. Responsibilities Communicate with clients by phone, email or the portal. Monitors cases to ensure compliance with court orders. Review cases for collection, support payments and medical payments.

Update case files:

employment, address and phone number etc. Makes referral to attorney for legal action. Communicate with other out of State agencies. Maintain safe and clean office area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations. Works well with others as a team.

Skill/Qualifications:

Telephone skills, verbal and written skills, math skills, Microsoft Office and Excel skills, postage machine, copy machine, professionalism, customer service, organizational skills and handles pressure. Interested candidates must submit a cover letter and resume.
