Job Description

Job Overview As a Service and Support Administrator (SSA), you will serve as the primary point of coordination for individuals with disabilities and their families. Working collaboratively with team members, you will guide person-centered planning to identify and secure vital community resources, programs, and support systems. Your focus will be on fostering independence, self-determination, health, safety, and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate person-centered planning meetings to develop and oversee comprehensive annual support plans. Coordinate services with local providers, community agencies, and natural supports. Promote independence by evaluating and integrating assistive technology solutions for home, school, and community environments. Support employment planning and vocational growth opportunities for eligible job-seekers. Ensure ongoing advocacy and high-standard customer service for individuals and their families. Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant electronic case notes and documentation required for program administration and billing reconciliation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required. Strong working knowledge of assistive technology (hardware, software, and adaptive peripherals) supporting individuals with diverse needs. Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills within a multi-disciplinary team approach. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet strict administrative deadlines, and maintain meticulous documentation standards. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a case management, residential, or vocational setting preferred. Eligibility for Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) certification. Valid driver's license and meeting agency insurability requirements.

$25.00 - $33.60 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
