Full Time Victim Advocate Timing of Opening:

Immediate Skills:

Ability to advocate for victims of domestic violence. Utilize knowledge of legal rights, responsibilities and options to victims and provide referral and support as needed. Provide assistance in completing and filing Civil Protection Orders and Stalking Orders. Provide court accompaniment and follow up. Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical boundaries.

Valid Driver's License Education:

A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field preferred. Consideration will be given to candidates with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Human Services or related field with a combination of experience working in the field of domestic violence.

Hours:

40 Hours per week (Monday-Friday) Status Full time; exempt, salary Option for medical, dental and vision insurance
