Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Social Worker to join our dynamic team. Duties Conduct thorough assessments of clients' social, emotional, and environmental needs to develop personalized care plans. Provide counseling and emotional support tailored to individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders and intellectual disabilities. Support clients in navigating healthcare, housing, employment, education, and community resources to enhance their quality of life. Facilitate support groups and educational workshops that promote skill-building and community engagement. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including healthcare providers, educators, and community organizations to coordinate care. Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and service plans in compliance with regulatory standards. Ensure safety by applying first aid and CPR when necessary during client interactions or emergencies. Qualifications Valid licensure as a Social Worker (LCSW or equivalent) in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience working with underserved populations and diverse communities. Demonstrated ability to support individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders and intellectual disabilities. Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques, including first aid and CPR certification. Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from varied backgrounds. Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Pay:
$31.00 - $34.00 per hour
