Job Types:

Job Duties:

Counseling patients utilizing our Positive Psychology format Develop and update treatment plans with clients and maintain accurate records Correspond with patients/clients in a timely manner via email or text Manage your own calendar Work collaboratively with staff at monthly meetings to discuss patient-centered care of current clients Participate in discharge/termination planning Provides safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client and their unique circumstances.
