Coaches work in a supportive 1:3 staff-to-youth ratio , helping participants build confidence and independence through hands-on activities.

What You'll Do:

Teach daily living and independent living skills Support social and communication skills Lead recreational and skill-building activities Help youth practice cooking, cleaning, organization, and other everyday routines Model emotional regulation, problem-solving, and positive decision-making Maintain a safe, structured, and encouraging environment Document participation and progress

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience working with children, teens, individuals with and/or without disabilities, or families preferred Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Patient, dependable, energetic, and able to remain calm in challenging situations Ability to follow individualized support plans and safety procedures Comfortable assisting with daily living activities and maintaining a structured environment Ability to work collaboratively with families, coworkers, and supervisors Must be able to pass required background checks and complete all required training Reliable transportation and the ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts preferred We're looking for individuals who are patient, engaging, dependable, and enjoy helping children and teens develop skills they can use at home, school, and in the community.
