Job Description

EdgeGlobal Healthcare Hiring COASTAL Outpatient Hospice Licensed Clinical Social Worker:
Albany, OR 97321
Pay Range:
$50/hr. to $52/hr. (Pay range will be different for Travelers) Shift - Days (0800-1630) no weekends
Contract:
13 Weeks and can Ext.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in State of Oregon required upon submission. Healthcare Provider Level BLS required. This position requires the use of the employee's personal automobile. Employee must have a valid driver's license and auto liability/property damage insurance as required by law and must maintain their vehicle in good working order. Experience as a social worker in a hospital or medical setting preferred. #
