Special Education Teacher & Case Manager - High School Basic Skills/Transition North Marion School District 15 - 4.0 Aurora, OR Job Details Full-time $51,628 - $99,114 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Teaching Certification Bachelor's degree Classroom Teaching Special Education Certification Full Job Description North Marion High School is seeking a Special Education Teacher & Case Manager to create a vibrant learning community for students in our Basic Skills and Transitions classroom. This position plays a key role in supporting students with special needs. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support the identification of students in need of Special Education Services Diagnosis of learning needs Writing and implementation of Individual Education Programs (IEP) Consult with and provide assistance to classroom teachers in their efforts to support students experiencing disabilities in their classroom Establish relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a sense of belonging and community Qualifications include but are not limited to: Bachelor's Degree with an endorsement in Special Education Valid Oregon Teaching License with applicable Special Education endorsements and authorization level(s) Must meet all other TSPC license requirements, including Background and Criminal History Clearance Ability to maintain strength of knowledge and practice in instructional skills and strategies Ability to demonstrate knowledge of subject matter, to seek professional growth, improve classroom instruction, and to qualify for license renewal by following both state and district regulations To view full details of the position and the job description, please visit our job description: Teacher / Case Manager Open Until Filled This position qualifies for an annual stipend of $3,750 for assignment in a self-contained Special Education classrrom.
