Eugene, OR Area Are you an experienced and compassionate Social Worker seeking a rewarding Interim opportunity in Long Term Care? Clinical Resources invites applications for the position of Interim Social Worker at a leading Skilled Nursing Facility in the Eugene, Oregon area. No certification required most have a BSW.
Responsibilities:
As an Interim Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential social services to residents within the Skilled Nursing Facility.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify residents' psychosocial needs Developing and implementing care plans to address social and emotional concerns Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the overall well-being of residents Providing counseling and support to residents and their families
Qualifications:
Experience in Long Term Care settings
