Role Overview:

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, treatment, and advocacy for patients and their support systems. They develop person-centered care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, respecting patient self-determination and reducing health disparities. Qualifications & Skills:
