Job Description
Family Pathways is hiring full time foster care workers. In this position, you will be working with children who are with foster families. The responsibilities of this position are case management oriented focusing on the safety and well-being of the children. You will conduct monthly home visits, compose monthly reports for each child, and maintain communication with children and families and referral sources. You will also implement adoption services to assist the children and families in understanding the foster care process while using creativity to engage the children. Good written and oral communication, time management, thorough documentation, creativity, and computer skills are necessary for this position. This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in a Social Service related field. A physical, clearances (FBI, Act 33 and Act 34), a valid driver's license and current car insurance are all required.
