This contract, part-time role is designed for those passionate about helping children and adolescents thrive academically and emotionally. With a manageable caseload of approximately 20 students, you'll have the opportunity to conduct both small group sessions and one-on-one interventions, tailoring your approach to each student's needs.

Position Details:

Part-time commitment: 1 day per week (7:45AM - 2:30PM) Flexible schedulingchoose which day works best for you Work with a K-12 student population Caseload of about 20 students Responsibilities include facilitating small groups and providing individual support

Ideal Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree in social work from an accredited program Valid social work license in Pennsylvania (LSW, LCSW, or equivalent) Experience working within school settings, preferably across multiple grade levels Strong skills in crisis intervention, group facilitation, and individualized student support Comfortable collaborating with teachers, families, and school teams
