This position will oversee services provided throughout Lehigh, Northampton, Carbon, Monroe, and Pike Counties. The Family Based Supervisor is responsible for supporting the day-to-day functioning of both Family Based offices, providing clinical and operational supervision to staff, and helping ensure high-quality services for children, adolescents, and families. This position plays an important role in staff development, program operations, referral growth, and maintaining service quality within the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy model.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the Coopersburg and Northampton Family Based offices Provide supervision, guidance, and support to Family Based staff Support clinicians as they coordinate treatment services with children, adolescents, and families Serve as a liaison with community providers, referral sources, and other resources Monitor departmental productivity and program requirements Support outreach efforts to maintain a consistent referral stream for services Assist with recruitment, retention, and appropriate staffing needs Foster staff development, engagement, and retention Help maintain service quality and program effectiveness aligned with the ESFT model Support Family Based services throughout
Lehigh, Northampton, Carbon, Monroe, and Pike Counties Qualifications:
Master's degree in a clinical mental health discipline required Licensed mental health clinician preferred At least three years of verified post-master's experience providing mental health treatment to children under 18 and their families Supervisory or management experience preferred, especially within behavioral health or mental health services Must have and maintain a valid driver's license in good standing Ability to travel between the Coopersburg and Northampton offices and throughout the program's service area as needed
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting salary of $60,000 per year, with bonus potential Medical and dental insurance Paid time off 401(k) plan Referral bonus opportunities
Location:
This position covers both the Coopersburg and Northampton offices and supports Family Based services throughout Lehigh, Northampton, Carbon, Monroe, and Pike Counties.
