Job Description
The Farrell Area School District is looking to hire a K-12 Outcomes Coordinator . The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred in Education, Counseling, Social Work, or Leadership), K-12 experience in student engagement, behavior support, restorative practices, and PBIS, along with strong communication and conflict-resolution skills to promote a positive, safe, and inclusive school culture.
