Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Parent Educator to join our team. The Parent Educator complete in home visits with families utilizing the Parents as Teachers Curriculum. Must have a bachelors degree in Human Development and Family Studies, Social Work, or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct home visits to assess family needs and provide parenting education
• Develop individualized family goals and action plans
• Offer support and resources to parents on child development, behavior management, and positive parenting techniques
• Collaborate with community agencies to connect families with additional services as needed
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
