Desired Qualifications:

Active Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Certification is required Fully credentialed as a School Counselor, School Social Worker, or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to student challenges Experience in a school, youth services, or counseling setting preferred Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team Timely and organized with exceptional communication abilities

What You'll Do:

Deliver social-emotional support and interventions for individual students and small groups Conduct assessments and implement strategies in collaboration with educational staff Serve as an advocate and liaison among students, families, and educators Develop, monitor, and document service plans to support student growth Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, solution-focused environment
