Job Description

The Manheim Central School District is seeking applicants for a Chorus Director for our Spring Musical in the 2026-2027 school year.

As the Chorus Director, responsibilities include preparing students for the drama program performances and meeting the vocal demands of multiple performances. Other responsibilities include working as part of an educational theater program designed to help students learn their roles, teach music, and model best practices with the goal of helping to launch students into advanced levels of drama.

Piano skills are highly encouraged, but not required. Must be proficient with preparing, leading, and facilitating vocal rehearsals; understanding basic vocal pedagogy; and preparing tracks for students to practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the arts and working with students.
