Role:

As a Family Finding Caseworker for Juniata County, you will work with children, youth and families across Juniata County in conjunction with Children & Youth Services. Meeting with families to explain the Family Finding process, you will work to identify and contact relatives and/or other supportive adult relatives for children in foster care using a multitude of services and approved systems to gather data and coordinate meetings focused on developing plans for families to commit and maintain lifelong connections to the youth.

Competitive pay rate - $18.00 to $19.00/per hour - based on education and experience Schedule is typically 8am to 4:30pm, M-F (is dependent on the families' needs) Quarterly Productivity Bonus of $250 for meeting productivity requirements Does the following apply to you? Minimum H i g h S c hool diploma /Ge n e r a l E quiv a l e n c y D i p l o ma (GED) with 3 years related experience/training in working with children and families OR… Associate's degree in a Human-Services or Child Development related field, with 1-year experience/training in working with children and/or families A valid Pennsylvania Driver's license with good driving record What we offer:
