Job Description

Scranton Counseling Center, the area's largest, fully integrated, comprehensive behavioral health provider has an opening for a licensed clinician (LCSW/LPC) Outpatient Therapist and a Master level Outpatient Therapist. Adult/Child Outpatient therapy provides intensive one-on-one services for adults and youth with a wide variety of mental health diagnoses. Responsibilities include assessment, ongoing therapy, collaboration with our psychiatric staff on assessments, treatment plans, as well as medication management and other duties as assigned. Education & Licenses Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required. Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor. The Center offers an extensive fringe benefit program to include employee healthcare, eye and dental coverage, guaranteed 401(k) contribution, annual/sick/four quarterly personal days/holiday pay including birthday, mileage reimbursement, long-term disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement. SCC is an eligible workplace for the Public Service Student Loan Forgiveness Program. This position offers a $6,000.00 sign on bonus and incentive pay after 25 billable hours for the week.
