Job Description

The Group Leader is responsible for aiding the Youth Program Director/Coordinator in activities during programming hours. This position will require 32.5-35 hours per week, Monday thru Friday. During the school year, your shift is 7 am

9 am and 1:30 pm
6 pm Monday
Friday, so you must be available to work a split shift.

During the summer, your shift will be 8:15am-4:30 pm. Main responsibility of the Group Leader will be running a classroom of youth during program time.

Further responsibilities are listed below:

Supervision of their class which consists of 18-24 youth Completion of necessary paperwork/documentation Incident reports Lesson plan development and implementation Meetings with parents/guardians All staff will be responsible for cleaning areas of the building.

Education:

High school or equivalent

Experience:

At least 1 year experience working with youth
