This is a remote role for Associate Professional Counselors only, with free supervision (when caseload requirements are met), guaranteed pay, and flexible scheduling. Gainesville's community is nearly half Spanish-speaking, and the demand for bilingual, culturally competent mental health care in our partner school districts far exceeds current supply. What Makes This Different Free supervision — no cost to you when caseload requirements are met Guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows $35-45/hr depending on session type 100% remote — work from home anywhere in Georgia Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends No billing, no credentialing, no admin — we handle everything The Work You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K-12 students in Georgia school districts, collaborating with school counselors and families. You'll participate in case consultations and contribute to clinical program development. What You Need Active APC license in Georgia (required — we are not able to hire pre-licensure or other license types at this time) Bilingual Spanish/English fluency Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems Available Mon-Fri afternoons/evenings (weekend slots also available) Preferred Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities Prior school-based or youth-focused experience Active NPI and CAQH
