Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled mental health clinician to join our team and provide exceptional mental health care to our clients. These positions are unique in that many of the services are provided in the client home and/or community and short-term in nature. Offering services in the home and community provide a rich setting to provide intervention in a setting safest for the client. Witnessing the transformation in the clients and families is rewarding. You will be supported by a team to support your growth and development as a clinician.Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations of individuals/families experiencing mental health issues. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients needs and goals. Provide individual and group counseling and therapy services. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and progress notes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to provide coordinated care. Stay up to date with the latest research and developments in the field of mental health and incorporate best practices into treatment plans. Provide crisis intervention services as needed. Participate in team meetings and case conferences to review client progress and treatment plans. Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold ethical standards in all aspects of work. Attend trainings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Utilize Trust-Based Relational Intervention.Qualifications:
Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field State licensure as a mental health clinician Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a mental health setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and techniques Ability to maintain confidential information and records. Strong organizational and time-management skills Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning Pass a background check and have an unsanctioned license.Skills:
