We provide a warm, safe, and engaging environment where participants spend their days and return home to thier families each evening. The Family Care Coordinator is often the first point of contact for families exploring SarahCare. You'll answer questions, conduct tours, coordinate trial days, and guide families through the enrollment process. This rewarding hybrid position offers a dynamic blend of working in the center, engaging with the community and working independently.

What You'll Do:

Be a welcoming and knowledgeable resource for prospective participants and their families. Conduct tours and provide information about SarahCare's programs and services. Coordinate trial days and new starts with center staff. Guide families through the intake and enrollment process and ensure required paperwork is completed. Conduct home visists for prospective participants as needed. Maintain accurate information and follow up with families considering SarahCare. Coordinate transportation for new participants as needed. Maintain census information related to inquiries, tours and trial days. Support community education, marketing, and public relations activities as needed.

What We're Looking For:

An outgoing and empathetic personaltiy. Strong commnication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while following established policies and procedures. Associate degree in gerontology or a related field or a professional license in a related field preferred. Two years of direct-care experience preferred. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current automobile insurance. A pre-employment drug screen and backgroud check are required.
