Requirements Valid licensure as a Social Worker in SC. Experience working with families is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology related to social work practices. Knowledge of hospice care principles and grief support is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and colleagues. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
