Independent Contractor Setting:

Hybrid - Telehealth & Community-Based Must be able to reliably travel throughout Las Cruces and surrounding Doña Ana County communities for in-person client and community-based services. Must have reliable transportation, a valid unrestricted driver's license, and current automobile insurance.

Service Area:

Las Cruces / Doña Ana County and telehealth throughout New Mexico Cambium Vitae Mental Health LLC is seeking a bilingual Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our growing behavioral health team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide individual psychotherapy under appropriate clinical supervision.
• Facilitate group therapy and behavioral health groups.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Use evidence-based interventions including CBT, DBT-informed approaches, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
• Conduct appropriate risk and safety assessments and coordinate care with the treatment team.
• Provide CCSS services when assigned, including community-based skill building, employment, housing, socialization, recreation, and resource support.
• Assist with supervision and mentoring of social work interns/practicum students when appropriately qualified.
• Maintain HIPAA, ethical, documentation, and professional standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned within professional scope and qualifications.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and active New Mexico LMSW license in good standing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Must successfully pass required background checks.
• Must have or obtain an individual NPI and maintain a current CAQH profile.
• Must meet applicable New Mexico Medicaid, MCO, and payer credentialing/enrollment requirements.
• Must maintain professional liability (malpractice) insurance.
• Must participate in required clinical supervision.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for community-based services.
• Medicaid/community behavioral health experience preferred.
