Header Overview Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Supervisor and lead impactful mental health and social service programs. In this vital role, you will oversee clinical operations, supervise dedicated social service staff, and ensure the delivery of comprehensive, person-centered care. Your expertise will help individuals and families navigate complex challenges, from behavioral health issues to developmental disabilities, fostering resilience and positive outcomes. Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to social service program staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. Oversee patient assessments, intake procedures, and develop individualized care plans utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, and motivational interviewing. Deliver direct clinical services including individual therapy, group therapy, family counseling, and crisis intervention for diverse populations such as children with autism, individuals with developmental disabilities, those experiencing PTSD or Alzheimer's care needs, and clients with substance use disorders. Manage documentation in electronic medical records (EMR/EHR), ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and accurate medical records management. Coordinate case management activities, including data collection, progress monitoring, and collaboration with community resources to support home and community-based care initiatives. Lead crisis management efforts by assessing risk levels swiftly and implementing appropriate interventions to ensure client safety. Promote a collaborative team environment by providing leadership in social services administration and fostering professional development among staff. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program; licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or equivalent required. Proven supervisory experience managing social service program staff within healthcare or community settings. Extensive knowledge of behavioral health therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, and trauma-informed care. Hands-on experience working with children, families, individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, PTSD, Alzheimer's disease, substance use disorders, and mental health conditions. Strong skills in crisis intervention, case management, patient assessment, and diagnostic evaluation. Familiarity with EMR systems (Electronic Medical Records), medical terminology, HIPAA compliance standards, and medical documentation protocols. Excellent leadership abilities coupled with effective communication skills to guide multidisciplinary teams and engage clients compassionately.
