• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide professional counseling services to clients, focusing on crisis management, behavioral health, addiction counseling, and workforce development.

• Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
• Develop treatment plans based on clients' needs
• Provide crisis intervention and support
• Supervise QMHS staff
• Assist clients with accessing resources such as Section 8 housing
• complete Bio psychosocial assessments

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
• Experience in crisis management and intervention
• Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques
• Strong understanding of behavioral health principles
• Ability to supervise staff
