The LSW will provide their expertise and clinical knowledge to ensure high quality clinical care for clients, and assist Mindhues in growing their ability to service clients throughout Illinois.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete 25-30 sessions per week Ability to work remotely Ability to practice evidence based psychotherapy with individual youth ages 5-24 Desire to be part of a supportive, team culture Willingness to learn and grow your clinical skills Ability to engage with constructive feedback Seek case consultation on an as needed basis to ensure high quality care. Ensure the delivery of billable services and proper, timely documentation of services within 24 hours of a session.
Education & Credentials Required:
Master's degree License required (LSW)
Preferred Experience:
Experience using evidenced based treatment approaches. Experience working with youth between the ages of 5-24. Knowledge and familiarity of clinical concepts, principles and strategies and the ability to apply such knowledge with a caseload of clients. Demonstrated ability for assessment, evaluation, and interpretation of behavioral health information, and clinical services. Possess a high level of understanding of community resources, clinical services, treatment approaches, crises resources, etc. Advanced written and oral communication, decision making and problem solving skills, efficient time management. Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay:
$58,500.00 - $70,200.00 per year
