A Family, School, or General Social Worker provides specialized assistance to vulnerable families and children. Intervenes in crisis situations; evaluates individual and family needs, helps clients get access to health care, mental health care or social services such as housing assistance. Advocates for clients and provides follow up visits. May work with teachers, parents and school administrators to help students improve academically and deal with social issues such as bullying.
Job Summary The Clinical Therapist (LSW) is responsible for providing high-quality outpatient behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. The therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with families, healthcare providers, schools, and community partners to support emotional wellness, resilience, and long-term recovery. As a member of Bridge Integrative Health, the Clinical Therapist contributes to a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on clinical excellence, accessibility, whole-person care, and meaningful community partnerships. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group therapy services utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches. Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, develop diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and community partners to support coordinated care. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational, regulatory, and payer requirements. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development activities. Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as clinically indicated. Support a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on clinical excellence and whole-person wellness. Contribute to the growth of specialized services for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Foster strong therapeutic relationships that promote resilience, recovery, and long-term wellbeing. Experience At least one year experience providing therapeutic services to individual.
