Our practice integrates evidence-based therapy with holistic wellness approaches to support the emotional, mental, and social well-being of our clients. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Limited License Master Social Worker (LLMSW) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about community healing, client empowerment, and professional development within a supportive and collaborative environment. We are especially committed to supporting early-career clinicians through direct training, mentorship, and clinical supervision toward full licensure. Position Overview The LLMSW will provide therapeutic and case management services to individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health and life challenges. Clinicians will collaborate with clients to develop meaningful treatment plans and deliver evidence-based interventions that promote healing, resilience, and personal growth. This position includes structured onboarding, ongoing professional development, and clinical supervision by an experienced

Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify client strengths, needs, and goals Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients Provide therapeutic services including individual, family, and group therapy under supervision Utilize trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches Provide case management and connect clients with community resources Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Advocate for clients navigating systems such as healthcare, housing, education, and employment Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers to support holistic and coordinated care Participate in regular clinical supervision, direct training, and professional development opportunities Qualifications Education Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program Licensure Current LLMSW license in the State of Michigan Preferred Experience Clinical experience providing therapy or case management (internship experience accepted) Familiarity with trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based practices Experience working with diverse populations, including children, families, and underserved communities Strong interpersonal, documentation, and organizational skills What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($30
