Commission-Based Local Coordinator (1099 | Part-Time | Remote + Local Engagement) International Cultural Exchange Services (ICES) International Cultural Exchange Services (ICES) is seeking reliable, self-motivated individuals to serve as Local Coordinators supporting international exchange students and host families. This is a 1099 independent contractor role , ideal for professionals seeking meaningful, flexible, supplemental income while making a difference in their local community. Important Role Details (Please Read Carefully) Commission-based compensation (supplemental income; not a salaried position) Independent contractor (1099) Remote/work-from-home with local community involvement Minimum age of 25 years (Department of State guideline reflecting the maturity and responsibility required for this role)Requires proactive outreach, follow-up, and clear communication This role is best suited for individuals who are comfortable working independently, managing responsibilities, and following through on commitments.
