The Program Supervisor of Intact Family Services is a critical member of both the region's child welfare team, as well as the agency's broader leadership team, working collaboratively within and across programs to ensure a relentless focus on keeping children safe and supporting families. The Intact Family Services program provides families with intensive, trauma-informed case management services using Solution-Based Casework (SBC), an evidence-informed casework model of partnering with families to help them reach their goals. As the Program Supervisor, you will provide reflective supervision to Intact Specialists, and be a vocal advocate for continuous program evaluation and improvement, all with the goal of helping children and families thrive.
