Connected Care Behavioral Health is a group outpatient private practice located in Baltimore County that provides behavioral health services to Marylanders in need. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW in the state of Maryland). As a Licensed Master Social Worker, you will provide mental health counseling, support, and interventions to clients. You will conduct psychosocial intake assessments, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and work with client to achieve desired outcomes. Qualifications Masters degree in Social Work or related field Licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW in the state of Maryland) Experience in mental health counseling and therapy preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds Knowledge of evidence therapeutic techniques and interventions Understanding of ethical and legal guidelines in counseling Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems Benefits 300 dollar monthly stipend for Health/Dental/Vision Insurance. 500 dollar training bonus. 55 dollars W2 fee for Service. 10 days of paid PT0 (2800 dollar value). Free Supervision toward LCSW-C Licensure Fully Remote. Flexible Schedule. Full Time (22-25 clients a week). Offering a 250 dollar referral fee if position fills! Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans. Provide behavioral therapy and clinical counseling to individuals and families, focusing on mental health. Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Utilize EHR systems for patient records management.
