Join a group practice offering clinicians the opportunity to build semi-private practices in their local communities, especially underserved rural areas. This role allows you to focus on providing individual and family therapy while the organization handles business support and startup costs. Provide clinical counseling to clients, conducting intake evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes. Work independently with flexibility, maintaining professional standards and ethical guidelines. Must hold relevant licensure (LMSW, LISW, TLMHC, LMHC, TLMFT, LMFT) and be available for at least 20 client sessions weekly. Current insurance panel approval is a plus; niche experience with children is advantageous.
