To reach young people with the love of Jesus—whether they are part of our congregation or not. The Youth Ministry Coordinator cultivates a relational, Christ-centered ministry in which young people are known, valued, and formed in Christian faith and community life. This role centers on intentional relationship-building and the development of senior high student leaders who, with support and supervision, participate in peer outreach, worship life, and intergenerational ministry. The Coordinator supports the congregation's mission to grow in faith, participation, and community engagement by creating sustainable pathways of belonging for youth within the church. We want to lift up fun, faith and friends in the Spirit's movement toward deeper discipleship, servant ministry and faith formation. Creative, collaborative, energetic mentors who have first hand and relatively recent experience of high school are especially encouraged to apply :-)

Pay:

$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 12.0 per week
