Job Description
18 Degrees is seeking a Youth Outreach Case Worker to bridge youth support and digital product work within our Northampton-based studio. In this role, you'll engage young people through outreach, intake, and ongoing support, using modern digital tools to manage cases and stay connected. You'll coordinate with schools, community partners, and families while documenting needs, goals, and progress. Working closely with our product and engineering teams, you'll share insights from youth to help shape user-centered web and mobile experiences. This hybrid role suits a hands-on practitioner who values thoughtful design, collaboration, and continuous learning.
