Full-time, 30 hours weekly This position reports to: Campus Pastor The mission: Seacoast Church goes all out in our mission to help others Find God, Grow their Faith, Discover their Purpose, and Make a Difference. Our Campus Kidscoast Ministry Leader is passionate about connecting our kids, nursery through 5th grade, to Jesus by bringing the vision of the ministry to life. The Opportunity We're looking for a passionate, organized, and relational leader to serve as a Children's Ministry Leader. This role exists to carry out the vision of Children's Ministry at the campus level, helping kids know God, discover who He created them to be, and experience a safe, engaging, and life-giving environment. You'll lead the Kidscoast team, oversee weekend operations, and invest deeply in volunteers and families so that every child has a positive and meaningful experience. What You'll Do Lead the Vision Champion the Kidscoast vision through campus-level leadership, creating Christ-centered environments that reflect safety, excellence, and impact Oversee curriculum implementation, equipping the team to deliver engaging, age-appropriate teaching that connects children with God Maintain high standards across all Kidscoast spaces — classrooms, safety, cleanliness, and organization — to ensure a welcoming, well-run ministry Build and Develop the Team Recruit, train, and develop volunteers, with a strong focus on Small Group Leaders, building a healthy and engaged team Lead volunteers through scheduling, meetings, coaching, encouragement, & recognition Cultivate a positive team culture built on gratitude and personal connection to strengthen retention and long-term engagement Create a Great Experience for Families Oversee weekend service execution, including setup, check-in, classroom flow, and event childcare coordination Welcome families by greeting first-time guests, following up on connect cards, and maintaining consistent parent communication Lead key Kidscoast experiences including Kids Camp, worship moments, baptisms, and dedications Manage Operations and Administration Manage ministry operations including events, groups, communications, space reservations, and logistics using Ministry Platform and campus tools Track and respond to incidents with care, timeliness, and ensuring appropriate follow-up Partner with campus leadership on budgets, reconciliation, and resource readiness, including keeping supplies stocked for services Lead Weekend Execution Prepare weekend environments — classrooms, check-in stations, materials, and volunteer staffing — for seamless execution Support the team through prayer, coverage coordination, & presence during services Uphold safety and security standards across all Kidscoast areas, responding to issues with care and urgency Collaborate Across Teams Attend campus and all-staff meetings, staying aligned with leadership Partner with the Central Kidscoast Coordinator to ensure consistency across campuses Collaborate with ministry leaders to support the church's overall mission What We're Looking For A committed follower of Christ who aligns with Seacoast Church's beliefs A leader with a heart for kids and a calling to help them know Jesus Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to delegate Effective communicator who connects well with parents, volunteers, and staff Highly reliable and available for weekends, holidays, and major ministry events A team player who lives out Seacoast values: Love God.
