Assess client needs and work with agencies and institutions ensure clients get the help they need. Monitor client and work with other service providers as necessary to address client needs. Provide limited counseling to client and their family.

ReGenesis Health Care is seeking an enthusiastic full-time Healthy Steps Specialist to join our Pediatric Team to provide support services for families with children 0 - 5 years old and advocate for their well-being. You'll be a great fit if : You have experience Connecting with the community You have experience working with children 0-3 and families. You have experience advocating for community needs and resources by attending community meetings and events. You have experience managing a caseload of patients. You have experience providing health education. You can read, write, and maintain patient records and document using computer systems. You can help families feel comfortable in addressing their social drivers of health. You can interact positively with a diverse patient population, of all ages, backgrounds, and personalities. Considered You'll Need:
Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, early childhood education, or related field highly preferred. Clinically licensed mental health professional preferred or willing to obtain within one year of role. Experience and knowledge about early childhood growth and development, parent-child relational health, infant and early childhood mental health, and family systems. The HealthySteps Specialist is an early child development expert who will join the pediatric primary care team at ReGenesis Health Care to provide interventions, referrals, and follow-up for families with patients ages 0-5. The HealthySteps Specialist builds strong relationships with families and providers to increase the efficiency of the medical system and support team-based comprehensive care.
