• 16/hour + Enrollment & Performance Bonuses Gabel Martial Arts is looking for an energetic, dependable, and friendly Front Desk & Student Services Coordinator to join our team!

This is a great position for someone who enjoys working with children and families , likes staying busy, and wants a job where every day is a little different. This is not a traditional sit-behind-a-desk receptionist position . You'll help our families at the front desk, communicate with new students, assist with enrollments, and also support our After School Program during the afternoon.

What You'll Do:

Front Desk & Family Service Welcome students and families as they arrive Answer phones, texts, and basic program questions Help parents with scheduling and account questions Schedule introductory classes and appointments Provide a friendly, professional experience for everyone who walks through our doors Keep the front desk organized and ready for the evening New Students & Enrollment Respond to families interested in Gabel Martial Arts Schedule new students for introductory classes Confirm upcoming appointments Follow up with families who miss appointments Follow up with families after their trial classes Help new families through the enrollment process Keep accurate notes in our customer management system Enrollment and performance bonuses are available in addition to your hourly pay. After School Program During the earlier portion of your shift, you'll also help our After School Program team.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with school pickups Driving a company vehicle when needed Helping supervise elementary-age children Assisting students with homework Helping maintain a fun, safe, and structured environment Assisting with parent pickup and student transitions Typical Schedule This is expected to be approximately 25-30 hours per week . Monday-Thursday afternoon/evening availability is required. Our greatest need is approximately 1:30 PM-7:30 PM Monday-Thursday , with additional Friday hours depending on the weekly schedule. Occasional special events may also be available. Experience in any of the following can be helpful: Customer service, receptionist/front desk work, childcare, teaching, after-school programs, youth sports, hospitality, sales, appointment setting, or administrative work. Driving Because this position may assist with student transportation, applicants who drive must have: A valid driver's license A safe driving record The ability to meet company and insurance requirements for driving company vehicles Experience driving vans or larger passenger vehicles is a plus, but not required.

Pay & Growth Starting Pay:
