Desired Qualifications:

Background in social work, mental health counseling, or a related field (school setting experience advantageous) Proficient in recognizing and responding to trauma-related triggers Skilled in behavior management and intervention for students with complex needs CPI certification strongly preferred Compassionate and adaptable, with a calm demeanor under pressure Ability to collaborate with educators, counselors, and families Strong communication and documentation skills
