The Social Worker/Therapist serves as a key member of the treatment team and helps ensure quality patient care throughout the treatment process. Essential Responsibilities Conduct psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions Coordinate discharge planning and aftercare services Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other treatment team members Provide crisis intervention and patient advocacy as needed Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Connect patients and families with community resources and support services Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings Qualifications Required Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field Current HWC and CPR Certification (training provided) Current Tennessee Driver's License Preferred Tennessee Social Work licensure or other applicable clinical licensure NASW membership Minimum of two (2) years of behavioral health or mental health experience Experience working in an inpatient, hospital, or behavioral health setting About Rolling Hills Hospital Rolling Hills Hospital is dedicated to providing high-quality behavioral healthcare services in a compassionate and healing environment.
