Position:
Social Worker NHC HealthCare Milan is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team in a temporary position through January 1, 2027 . The qualified candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program and have knowledge of the case management process and the needs of geriatric patients, including healthcare funding resources. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys advocating for patients and families while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
