Family Services Team Lead Position Type:
Part-time Pay Range starts at $14.00 per hour (or more depending on experience) Ready to lead with heart? We're looking for a passionate, energetic Family Services Team Lead to join our amazing team! You'll supervise and support our Y-Play, YAC, and revenue-generating programs, ensuring every child and family feels welcomed, engaged, and safe. You'll also help drive staff hiring, development, and daily operations, making a real impact every single day!
What You'll Do:
Supervise daily program operations and provide shift support to staff. Help with scheduling, staff hiring, program development, and marketing. Build strong relationships with members, staff, and parents. Champion our YMCA core values and help maintain a safe, fun environment for all participants. Jump in to assist with staff training, meetings, and the annual giving campaign!
What You Bring:
Minimum Age:
18 High school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of experience working in youth or family programs. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Certifications (or willingness to obtain): CPR Pro/First Aid/AED within 30 days of hire.
