Help us build the most magical preschool movement program in Middle Tennessee. Not just gymnastics. A place where babies, toddlers, and preschoolers build confidence, coordination, independence, curiosity, friendships, school-readiness skills, and a lifelong love of movement. You'll have the opportunity to dream, create, improve, innovate, and bring fresh ideas to life. If you're the kind of person who constantly says... "What if we tried..." You're going to fit right in! What You'll Actually Do Develop and implement strategies to increase Mini Movers enrollment, participation, and retention. Monitor enrollment, attendance, waitlists, retention, and family feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers and create a sense of connection and community within the program. Address family questions, concerns, and feedback promptly, professionally, and thoughtfully. Create opportunities for current families to deepen their connection with Mini Movers and other BOOST programs. Teach Mini Movers classes as part of the regular schedule based on enrollment, staffing, and program needs. Provide class coverage when an instructor is unavailable and qualified coverage cannot otherwise be secured. Coordinate trial classes, special events, parent engagement opportunities, and promotional activities. Work with the Curriculum & Coaching Coordinator to ensure classes are appropriately staffed. Work as a collaborative partner with the Mini Movers Curriculum & Coaching Coordinator. Participate in regular planning meetings to discuss enrollment, staffing, class quality, family feedback, and program needs. Communicate family feedback and enrollment trends to the Curriculum & Coaching Coordinator so classroom improvements can be made when needed. You're Probably Our Person If... We'd Love It If You Have... Experience teaching preschool or coaching preschool gymnastics, dance, cheer, recreation, youth sports, or movement-based programming. Leadership, supervisory, or program-management experience. A background in early childhood education, child development, exercise science, recreation, therapy, education, or a related field. Experience training staff. Strong communication and organizational skills. A creative brain that never seems to stop generating ideas. Gymnastics experience is helpful, but we're also interested in people who deeply understand young children, leadership, movement, and creating exceptional experiences. We can teach systems. We can teach curriculum. We can teach gymnastics progressions. We cannot teach someone to genuinely love children, inspire a team, or bring a room to life.
