What they do
A Family, School, or General Social Worker provides specialized assistance to vulnerable families and children. Intervenes in crisis situations; evaluates individual and family needs, helps clients get access to health care, mental health care or social services such as housing assistance. - Job Summary and Qualifications
- The Social Worker (BSW) is responsible for promoting patient-centered care by evaluating psychosocial needs and providing community service coordination for identified patient populations.
- What you will do in this role:
- + You will work collaboratively with RN case managers, acute care nurses, physicians, insurance companies, and other staff members to proactively identify and address patient needs.
- What qualifications you will need:
- + (LMSW/RCSW-I) Lic Master Social Worker/Reg Clin SW-Intern, or (LBSW) Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker + Bachelors Degree, or Masters Degree No Travel Required 1 years experience Required Years of Experience
