Job Description

After-School Program Teacher - located in Dripping Springs (78620) Do you enjoy working with elementary-age children and creating a fun, positive environment where they can learn, play, and grow? Your Growing Child is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable After-School Program Teacher to join our team!
Schedule Options:
Monday-Friday 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. OR 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. About the Position Our After-School Program Teacher is responsible for supervising and caring for elementary school-age children enrolled in our After-School Program and Summer Camp.
Responsibilities include:
Creating a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for students Planning and leading fun, age-appropriate activities, games, crafts, and projects Engaging with children and encouraging positive social interactions Supervising students during indoor and outdoor activities Assisting with our Camp program during school breaks and summer Maintaining an organized and well-supervised classroom Following company policies and Texas childcare licensing standards
What We're Looking For:
Someone who is energetic, dependable, and enjoys working with children Patient and able to positively manage a group of school-age students Creative and willing to participate in activities with the kids Reliable and committed to a consistent work schedule Able to work effectively as part of a team Childcare experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Paid training is provided. If you enjoy working with kids and are looking for a rewarding, year-round position, we would love to meet you!
Job Types:

$17.00 - $19.50 per hour
