Training must be completed before September 14, 2026 Job Description Kingdom Health Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to support our McKinney office and conduct in-person visits throughout Collin County. We are actively scheduling interviews and completing background checks so the selected candidate can be fully trained and prepared to begin in-person visits by September 14, 2026. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-person patient and family visits Complete psychosocial assessments and required documentation Develop care plans and provide ongoing support Connect patients and families with appropriate community resources Coordinate with nurses, physicians, caregivers, and other care team members Maintain accurate and timely clinical records Follow all company, state, and federal compliance requirements Requirements Active Texas LMSW license in good standing Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution Healthcare, hospice, home health, or community-based experience preferred Ability to travel throughout Collin County for in-person visits Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to complete a background check and all onboarding requirements promptly Available to complete training before September 14, 2026 Why Join Kingdom Health Services?
